Transforming Healthcare Leadership from the Inside Out

Healthcare today faces relentless pressure: financial constraints, workforce burnout, cultural misalignment, and the constant demand to do more with less. At Let’s Lead, we believe sustainable change doesn’t come from another top-down initiative or one-size-fits-all plan. It comes from leaders and teams working differently—together.

Let’s Lead was created by Dr. Elisabeth Fontaine and Jill Berry Bowen, RN, two seasoned healthcare leaders who have lived the challenges you face every day. Between us, we bring decades of experience as a hospital CEO, physician leader, and healthcare system innovator. We’ve felt the strain of burnout, the weight of cultural misalignment, the pressures to achieve results, and the urgency of succession planning—and we’ve led organizations through it.

Now, we partner with executives, clinicians, and leadership teams building bold goals and achieving results that seemed impossible to:

  • Rebuild trust and alignment across executive and clinical leadership.

  • Reduce burnout and turnover, which cost healthcare organizations millions annually.

  • Develop leaders from within, equipping teams to co-create sustainable solutions.

  • Deliver measurable results in retention, engagement, patient satisfaction and bottom line performance metrics.

Why Leaders Choose Let’s Lead

Unlike traditional consultants who arrive with a pre-packaged answer, we enter as your thinking partners and co-coaches. Our process is intentionally adaptive, designed around your team, your goals, and your culture.

The result? Ownership of solutions that last, because they were built from the inside out.
