ELISABETH FONTAINE

Dr. Elisabeth Fontaine has a 25 year career in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern Medical Center in VT.  Being one of the first Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, she established a Lifestyle Medicine Clinic and expanded health coaching to the primary care setting.  She currently has a Lifestyle Medicine practice through plantbasedtelehealth.com.

 

Elisabeth is a co-founder of the RiseVT movement which is a community-based initiative to create healthy living as the norm.  Serving as the Medical Director of RiseVT and Lifestyle Medicine she facilitated the growth of RiseVT statewide.  She is a volunteer mentor for the Maven Project.

 

Underlining Dr. Fontaine's career is her background in Obesity and Exercise Physiology.  She is WellCoach Certified.  She is certified as a leadership coach with the International Coaching Federation.  Coaching focus:  Physicians/Clinicians/Leaders/Healthcare organizations.

Jill Berry Bowen most recently was the interim Regional CEO for ARH, West Virginia and formerly CEO of Northwestern Medical Center in VT for 10 years.  She has led leadership teams for the past 35 years.  Throughout her career, she has focused on mentoring leaders and leadership development, change management, succession planning, as well as developing programs grounded in wellbeing. 

 

Jill is proud to have been the co-founder of RiseVT, a statewide evidenced based community movement engaging individuals, families, schools, organizations, and communities on a journey to well-being.  She currently is on the Advisory Board for the Spectrum Teen Drop-in Center and on the Board of the New England Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) .  She serves as a volunteer mentor for ACHE and VT's Elevate Her. She has been a Rotarian since 1989. 

 

Jill is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.    Coaching Focus: Executives/Clinicians/Healthcare Teams/Organizations.
